In 2022 we added the cuvées Les Justices and Les Bien Aimées to the range. The goal is to highlight two of the most emblematic terroirs of the estate.

Les Justices
MILLÉSIME 2018
Comes from the assembly of two horizontal sandstone eggs of 350 l, aged under cork, and tied after disgorging.
The color is straw yellow, the nose is relatively evolved, reminiscent of the yellow wines of the Jura. On the palate, this oxidation perceived on the nose is found in a much more subtle way, bringing superb complexity to the wine, combined with great sapidity and finesse, leaving a very fresh and long finish.
Champagne blend: 100% Pinot Meunier
Bottles made: 986 bottles.
Les Justices
MILLÉSIME 2017
Comes from the assembly of two horizontal sandstone eggs of 350 l, aged under cork, and tied after disgorging.

Produced in 25 hl barrel, therefore aged under cork, and tied up after disgorging.
The color is golden yellow, the nose reveals gourmet notes of pastry, and the mouth expresses a delicate vinosity, well balanced between power and fruit.
Champagne blend: 100% Pinot Noir
Bottles made: 1.574 bottles.
Les Bien Aimées
MILLÉSIME 2017
Produced in 25 hl barrel, therefore aged under cork, and tied up after disgorging.
