But it is champagne hence a serious wine, of palpable accuracy, perfectly underlined by the citrus notes.

This wine is linear and tense; increasing in power without boastfulness. The wonderful architecture of a cathedral, rich and delicate at the same time. Solid yet heavenly.

 A joyful storm is triggered by the pouring, and the glass is filled with pale gold.

Its beautiful and noble in a humble manner.

The aroma of chardonnat is delicate, like a whiff of perfume on a neck. 

 Ah the lovely tartness which coats the tongue, full of tension and razor-sharp. 

 In the finish a touch of liquorice, because this champagne is also playful.

like a whirlwind! In the mouth the freshness arrives galloping with some kind of joyous extravaganza.

And after this, the flavour changes little by little: after the youthful characteristics arise the smoky

flavours, a more ordered, appeased folly which is broader still.”
